Dear HB image archive user

You have the opportunity to carry out online searches of the HB Bildatlas archive. Around 15,000 outstanding images of Germany, Europe and the rest of the world are currently available. If the images you are searching for are not available online, Anja Nebel (a.nebel@mairdumont.com) would be delighted to put together and send you an individual selection from the entire stock of the HB image archive.

Once you have entered your name and password (users who do not yet have a password should contact Anja Nebel, a.nebel@mairdumont.com, tel. 0711/4502 266), you will be transferred to the image database of dpa Picture-Alliance. Initially, you will have access only to the HB image material. Internal and external users may download layout data and high-resolution data under the terms agreed with MAIRDUMONT. These will be invoiced through MAIRDUMONT. However, if you decide to broaden your image search and access the dpa Picture-Alliance archive which comprises a total of around 5 million images, the fee rates and General Terms and Conditions of Business of dpa Picture-Alliance shall apply.
